Went to a cooking class recently. The food was fine. What I actually remember is the apron they handed me at the door, cooking in pairs with a stranger, and the instructor who clearly enjoyed being wrong about things.
None of that changed the recipe. All of it changed whether I'd go back.
I keep thinking about this when clients ask for a website redesign.
